Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Finality
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been placed and dispatched, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or opened vials or shipped to the incorrect address.
Non-Delivery Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases where an order has not been delivered.
- If your order has not arrived within 15 days from the date of dispatch, and the tracking information shows no movement or delivery confirmation, you may request a refund review.
All refund requests are subject to verification of tracking data and shipping status.
Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The tracking status shows the parcel has been delivered
- There is ongoing movement or updates within the tracking system
- Incorrect shipping details were provided at checkout
- Delivery delays caused by postal or courier services

- Your order number
- Relevant tracking information
Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
