These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of RADAR BIO LABS at radarbiolabs.com (the Site) and to purchases made through our public online store.
By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About RADAR BIO LABS
RADAR BIO LABS is an Australian-based online retailer offering skincare, wellness and other products through our public store.

Non-Delivery
If an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

The Member Terms apply in addition to these general Terms.
Where a product is subject to additional conditions, restrictions or intended-use requirements, those additional requirements must also be followed.
Account access does not override any applicable law, regulation or product requirement.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary, including where we reasonably believe:
- account information is false or misleading;
- an account has been compromised;
- fraudulent activity has occurred;
- these Terms have been materially breached;
- restricted areas are being accessed or used improperly; or
- suspension is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable requirements.
Suspension of Member Catalogue access does not remove consumer rights relating to orders already placed.

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or restricted areas;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- provide deliberately false or misleading account information;
